Pastoral Letter of the 4th Quarter 2023 (New):

NOB Empowerment Visits 2024 (Invitation):

The Minister of Basic Education, Minister A.M. Motshekga has announced that the election of School Governing Bodies (SGB) must take place between 1 – 31 March 2024.

There are 22 589 Public Schools in South Africa and together they cater for over 12 million learners. The School Governing Body plays a key role in the quality of the governance and management, as well as the character and moral principles of a school. For this reason, it is very important that we as parents and believers are involved in the management of schools in our communities.

I encourage all our Pastors to participate and to inspire their assembly members to be involved, by making themselves available as candidates for their children’s School Governing Body and to participate in the voting process. In this way, we can actively do something to ensure that our children receive the best education possible.

Fan into Flame the Gift of God!

We are looking forward to visiting and spending time in ministry and impartation with Regional Pastors, Assembly Leaders, Governing Body Members, Departments and Members during the Regional Empowerment Visits. The Theme for 2024 is: Fan into Flame the Gift of God!

The NOB felt led to continue the focus on who we are and how we must live as Holy Spirit-filled people and church in 2024. This time around with the focus on the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Based on 2 Timothy 1: 6: “Fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you. (NIV)” and “Stir up the gift of God which is in you. (NKJV)” We will share on the spiritual gifts, sound teaching, our testimony and unity.

Kindly take note that the dates and venues of the 2024 NOB Empowerment Visits have been confirmed:
