After 40 years in ministry the President of the AFM, Past. MG Mahlobo and the Deputy President, Dr. JJ La Poorta share valuable leadership lessons and principles – especially with the youth and young pastors. In this recording they talk about the unity in the AFM and the kind of leadership that God used in unifying the church. They also touch on: balancing hectic schedules with family responsibilities, regrettable personal mistakes, people who gave advice and counseling along the way and internal and external challenges facing the church.
